About OceanDisc LLCOceanDisc LLC is an engineering firm led by John Lyons and Kevin Ross, working with senior engineers and specialists the firm has built systems with for years. We've been building government software since 2013 - federal systems, international program platforms, and two commercial products, much of it still in production today. Clients hire us directly to take on full engagements, discovery through years of ongoing support, and we also work as the engineering team inside larger programs, building and operating systems for the prime or delivery firm running them. Either way, software only earns its keep by staying in service, and some of our client relationships are more than a decade old.

What differentiates you from the competition?You own what we build. Fixed scope, one time cost, no subscription. We build in your stack and to your standards, not ours, so any qualified developer can maintain it. Several of our systems have run under continuous custody for seven to ten years.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Buy the system, not the dependency. We design and deliver custom platforms you own outright, built to your standards so anyone qualified can maintain them. If we have done our job, you will not need us again.
